The Health Industry Council creates connections.
One industry segment in particular is lacking the connectivity and collaboration needed to promote North Texas as a center of excellence.
With a kick-off event in October 2009, we will bring together organizations that represent rehab, home health, assisted living, geriatric law, and retirement communities/specialists. The purpose of this task force will be to focus on discharge planning, continuity of care, technology, and patient rights. This segment of the industry is undergoing tremendous growth and change. It will be our intent to support, network and provide professional development for this essential part of our industry.
To be involved with this task force or the planning of our kick-off event, please contact Leslie Casey, 972-256-2291.
